水泵真空保持器安装与使用:
1、水泵真空保持器-设在水泵间的-角,将置换罐放在钢支架上。支架-面应高于水泵-面0.2-0.5米,并水平,使置换罐放置平稳,再接连吸气管,自来水管和排水管等各条管道及所配阀件。
2、应水泵真空保持器为部件运输状态,则到现场后需拼装成型,其方法如下:
(1)将罐体放在支架上,调整两罐间距装下环路,不拧紧;
(2)装-环路调整两置换罐角度,使其和-环路两活接相吻合并将其拧紧,再将下环路拧紧;
(3)装开关阀芯,并取出其运输用固定销;
(4)装过水管成形。
3、水泵真空保持器的排水管-单-设管道接入吸水池或吸水井,在向着置换罐方向不应出现下坡-,管直径为50毫米,出水口应-池--低水位0.5米(如单-设置管道确有困难时,亦可就近与两台水泵吸水管连接)。
4、水泵与置换罐之间连接的吸气管道,在向着置换罐方向不应出现下坡-。各类管道的管接头应确保不-气、不-水。
5、安装在水泵-部的闸阀,平时置于-开位,仅在维修水泵时将其关闭。
6、单向止水排气阀在启动水泵送水时自动关闭,停止送水时自动开启,不需人操作。 水泵真空保持器附说明:对水泵系-应在水泵排气管上加设“单向止水排气阀”-个,与安装在水泵-部的闸阀串联,该阀在启动水泵运转时自动关闭,防止压力水进入水气置换罐,在水泵停止运转时自动开启,使进入水泵的气体上升至置换罐,可使水泵保持真空状态(此阀由连云港灵动公司-制)。
7、对有水封环的水泵,其水封管应与自来水连接,以保-水泵盘根内经-处于水封状态。
8、安装完毕后,-查管路是否有-水-气处,如-,即可向置换罐内注水使用。
9、水泵或虹吸管形成真空及保持真空
(1)接通水-,开启两罐上的自来水管开关阀⑵和手动注水阀⑴,开始向两罐内同时注水,当注水已满并稍有溢流时,在关闭手动注水阀⑴,注水工作即告-。
(2)将水泵-部吸气管上的闸阀置于开启位。
(3)将各置换罐上的手动进气阀⑶置于开启位。
(4)-开启某-置换罐上的手动出水阀⑷,此罐即开始进行水气交换工作。
(5)间隔-分钟左右再开启另-置换罐上的手动阀⑷,至此已开启或关闭的手动阀立即固定下来,以后的注水工作和水气置换工作均将自动进行。

水泵真空保持器--:水泵真空保持器采取水气置换原理用排水抽气引水的方法,达到自动形成和自动保持非自灌式水泵或虹吸管的真空。具有-台水泵真空保持器同时供-台水泵使用的能力。 水泵真空保持器为自动运行,不需人操作,也不需要电能,工作-仅需少量自来水(用后的自来水仍可流回水池继续使用)。它是给水排水泵站、净水厂滤池虹吸管,以及其他虹吸管导水等-现节能和微机自动化控制的理--设备。
工作原理
水泵真空保持器-造及工作原理:
1、水泵真空保持器-造
水泵真空保持器由水气置换罐、注水排气系-即排水系-即排水吸气系-三部分组成。
(1)水气置换罐 是储存置换用水体和被吸入气体的-封罐。罐内装有水位浮子、止水浮子和止水浮子限位罐。本产-采用双罐结-,在工作时保-换气的可*-,在-修时互为备用。
(2)注水排气系- 由手动注水阀、注水阀、注水开关阀、注水管及排气阀等组成。
(3)排气吸气系- 由止水封头、排水口、排水管、手动排水阀以及吸气管、进气阀等组成。
2、水泵真空保持器的工作原理
水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵真空保持器(qi)打开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)阀(fa)(fa)(fa)时(shi),则向(xiang)罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)入自来水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)不断上升,罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)气(qi)(qi)体受压,自动(dong)(dong)开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)启罐(guan)(guan)-的(de)排(pai)气(qi)(qi)阀(fa)(fa)(fa),将罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)气(qi)(qi)体排(pai)出。当(dang)罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)上升到限(xian)定高度(du)时(shi),利用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)和止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)操纵注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)关阀(fa)(fa)(fa),自动(dong)(dong)关闭注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)阀(fa)(fa)(fa),停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。并同时(shi)打开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)阀(fa)(fa)(fa),罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在-力作用下(xia),经排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管排(pai)出,罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)形(xing)成真空,将需要抽气(qi)(qi)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵和其吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管内(nei)(或虹吸(xi)(xi)管内(nei))的(de)空气(qi)(qi)通过(guo)吸(xi)(xi)气(qi)(qi)管、进气(qi)(qi)阀(fa)(fa)(fa)、吸(xi)(xi)入置换罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)。当(dang)罐(guan)(guan)内(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)下(xia)降(jiang)至限(xian)定高度(du)时(shi),由(you)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)和止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)的(de)作用,在排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管内(nei)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)引力作用下(xia),使(shi)止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)阀(fa)(fa)(fa)关闭排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口,停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。在停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)同时(shi),由(you)止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浮(fu)子(zi)(zi)限(xian)位(wei)管操纵注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)关阀(fa)(fa)(fa)打开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)阀(fa)(fa)(fa),开(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。此后(hou)进入循(xun)环过(guo)程,使(shi)被抽气(qi)(qi)的(de)系-充满水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)并-直保持真空状(zhuang)态。
